PAWS & CO. ONLINE LAYBY TERMS (two installments only) AND CONDITIONS

As part of our customer service experience we are now offering our customers another payment option called Lay- by. 

Please keep in mind that we are a small business and that we have set our terms and conditions to meet the best for your needs whilst also making sure that we won’t be out of pocket. 

Terms and conditions are as follows:

  • A minimum purchase of AUD $150 (hundred and fifty dollars)
  • A minimum deposit/payment of 50% of the total of the purchase price is required. This is not negotiable so please don’t ask. 
  • Discount promotion or coupon will not apply to the purchase
  • Your purchase is to be collected or will be shipped to the nominated address once the last payment has been made.
  • If you cancel the purchase, all monies paid will be refundable less 15% of the total order price held as a Cancellation Fee.
  • At the moment we can only make a 2 installment lay-by.
  • 2. Payment methods for lay-by orders

    2.1. You may pay the installment amount due on each of the payment dates specified in the Payment Schedule for an accepted purchase order by any of the following payment methods:

     (ii) Visa;
    (iii) MasterCard;
    (iv) Paypal

    2.2 If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorise us to debit the amount that is payable from your nominated credit card in accordance with the Payment Schedule on the specified payment dates.

    2.3 If we are unable to successfully process any of your payments due to insufficient funds, card cancellation or card expiry, we will try to contact you by phone so as to inform you of the overdue payment and to organise payment of the outstanding amount.

    2.4. If you choose to pay by Paypal, an invoice will be raise and send to your nominated email account to be pay by you in accordance with the Payment Schedule on the specified payment dates.

    2.5. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, any installment amounts through any fraudulent or unlawful means.

    2.6. We will provide you with a receipt at time of delivery of your Product(s) specifying the total fees and charges for the Product(s) in the order.


    3. Delivery of products

    3.1 We will only deliver Products ordered once the last payment has been made.

    3.2 We do not deliver to PO.BOX. * We only deliver to addresses in Australia.

     

    4. Cancellation

    4.1 You may cancel a lay-by order by contacting us to 0405 25 11 50 / 0434 887 849 or sending an email to info@pawsco.com.au during Contact Hours at any time prior to the delivery of that order.

    4.2. We will refund to you all the amounts paid by you under this Online Lay-by Agreement. However 15% of the total order price will be held as a cancellation fee and the remaining balance will be refunded according to how you paid (i.e. Credit Card or Paypal).

    4.3. If we are unable to stop the shipment of the order at the time of cancellation of a lay-by order then you will be required to refuse delivery or return the products in order to receive a refund in accordance with the PAWS & CO. Returns Policy.
