Exchange, return and refund policies

    

1. Exchange Policy

After receiving a product, if you find that it does not either suit your needs or expectations, or it is not in a proper condition (damage, etc.), you may want to exchange it for another one. To make this possible, you need to contact us by email or phone within the 15 days after the purchase day clearly stating the reasons.

Please notice that toys, perishable/food/treats, grooming items, engraved, customized, seasonal (Halloween, Christmas, etc.), beds and carriers, litter boxes cannot be exchanged.

The product you exchange must be in: new, unused, pristine and unmarked condition, with all the original packaging in unmarked condition. 

To exchange a product, please ship us the original and unused product along with a copy of your email receipt or packing slip to the address that we will indicate opportunely. We will not be responsible for items returned to any other address. Please also notice that shipping and handling costs are at your own expenses unless the exchange is due to a defective product in which case Paws & Co will waive the shipping costs.

Upon arrival, and after having checked its condition, the replacing product will be shipped back to you. Please notice that, if it is applicable, you will be charged with the correspondent shipping and handling costs to the same personal details you originally provided

2. Return and refund policy

After receiving a product, if it is faulty or does not fulfill your needs or expectations, you may want to return it. To make this possible, you need to contact us by email or phone within the 15 days after the purchase day and let us know the reasons why you wish to return the product.

The product you exchange must be in: new, unused, pristine and unmarked condition, with all the original packaging in unmarked condition.

Please be aware that products sold under special offer periods such as Halloween, Christmas, New Year Eve or special sale off, promotional campaigns cannot be returned. Perishable food, treats, grooming items, engraved, customized items, beds and carriers, litter boxes items cannot be returned either.

Once you have received confirmation that the return can be processed, ship the product back to us. Please remember that we will check the item condition upon arrival and will process the exchange request based on the conditions of the item received.

Once the product has arrived and once we have checked that the product has not been used, we will re invoice the product cost to you less shipping and other charges if apply. Original shipping cost will be waived, and reimbursed to you, only when the reason for return is due to a faulty product.

We will not be responsible for items returned to any other address. Please also notice that shipping and handling costs are at your own expense.
